Terms of Service

By accessing or using our website, services, or initiating a client engagement with Perceptive Studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of the site.

Upon full settlement of agreed project invoices or retainer cycles, full ownership of agreed deliverables (including finalized Figma design files, branding guidelines, custom iconography, and code repositories) is transferred to the client.

Perceptive Studio reserves the right to showcase approved client work, mockups, and case studies in our public portfolio, social profiles, and marketing materials unless governed by an explicit non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

We offer two primary collaboration models:

• Monthly Retainers: Ongoing partnership billed at the start of each service period with defined creative and filming deliverable schedules.
• Project-Based Engagements: Milestone-based contracts with a defined scope, schedule, and agreed deliverables.

Invoices and payments are processed directly via verified banking transfers, UPI, and authorized business accounts.

Perceptive Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, third-party hosting, platform APIs, or client business performance after launch.
